I begged and pleaded with my muse that should see something... ANYTHING other than a 'duck' in these lowly scraps of steel and transmission parts... anying other than a damn DUCK.   A DUCK for godsake.   What sort of artist worth his or her salt would create a DUCK?   I've spent over 10 years trying to be seen as a serious artist, and as anyone who is personally familiar with me knows, that's one tough row to hoe with a mouth like mine! 

A DUCK!

A damned duck... it's not even a Mallard or a wood duck.   Where's the talent in that?
