Personal meaning is lost in the favor of pure abstraction of Kyoto Obelisk. The ancient form is re-thought in this more modern take. This fully-realized sculpture is actually a model for two larger pieces that James is looking to have commissions taken. One version would be a 15' - 25' and painted, the other would be a 12' Bronze.
