All of the works in this series are created from found and/or scrap material. The 'body' of this piece is actually a piece left over from another sculpture, "Eye of the Beholder". Initially, the vision was to have a person looking up with an offering in his/her arms, but many others have seen a unintensional view; it is a piece of celebration, with one arm high in the air -- almost dancing with joy. This is what James loves most about abstract art; the ability for every viewer to see what their history and wisdom bring to a piece.
